Mission Statement: Dedicated to providing the best possible billing services. We seek to obtain full and fair financial reimbursement for our patients for services provided.
The Insurance Department here at Union General Hospital files all insurance as a courtesy to our patients. The staff will assist patients with any questions in order to complete their insurance needs or requests. Certain clerks work on specific insurance plans, please ensure you state your plan when calling so that you may be transferred to the correct clerk for assistance.
Not all insurance companies are in our network; for those that are not, it's best for patients to contact their insurance provider with any questions. Listed below are our most common insurance carriers, please understand that this list is SUBJECT TO CHANGE; therefore, plan acceptance and participation must be verified. To verify, please look on your insurance card and contact the company or employer. The managed care organization may be listed on the insurance card by either a name or logo.
