Elizabeth Morgan Dyer – better known as Beth – is a native of Blairsville, Georgia. Beth began her nursing career as an LPN (licensed practical nurse) in 1999. She graduated from North Georgia College and State University with her Associate Degree in Nursing Science and began working as an RN (registered nurse) in critical care in Gainesville, Georgia. Beth went on to earn both her Bachelor’s Degree and Master’s Degree in Nursing Science from NGCSU. She has worked as a state and nationally certified Family Nurse Practitioner at the Union General Hospital Clinic at Wal-Mart since January 2010. She and her husband, Keith, currently reside in Morganton, Georgia.
Deborah is Board Certified in Family Practice from the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners. She obtained an Associate degree in Nursing in 1990 from Tri-County Community College in Murphy, North Carolina. In 2002, she obtained her Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing from Florida Hospital College in Orlando, Florida. She furthered her education as a Family Nurse Practitioner completing a Master of Science degree in 2004 from the University of Central Florida in Orlando, Florida. Mrs. Smith has worked the last seven years in the field of family medicine. She has a total of 22 years of Health Care experience and joined Union General’s Clinic at Wal-Mart in June 2010. Deborah is pleased to be serving the people of Union County and the surrounding area.
